An aircraft sheet panel or an air cargo container is used to pack individual boxes together with those of other shippers. It is called a groupage load and is flown by scheduled flight.

Preparation of transport documents
For air freight, a number of documents need to be prepared. Internationally, these forms are called Direct, Back-to-Back, Master and House AWB. In order to meet your needs, we will be happy to prepare the air waybill and the customs documents, such as the Export Accompanying Document or EUR1 Movement Certificate. Moreover, we will be happy to help you prepare the required country-specific documents.
Onboard courier service
We provide service beyond the terminals for air freight carriers. Our onboard courier service can bring your goods right up to the aircraft, if you so desire. In many cases, small consignments can even fit into hand luggage. Your goods are monitored by the onboard courier throughout the flight and then arrive on time and intact. The customer can either pick up the goods directly at the airport or we can transport them to the final destination.
Temperature-controlled goods: active and passive cooling
Temperature-controlled goods are cooled both actively and passively.
You can keep the temperature of your cold-sensitive product constant throughout the whole transport journey with active cooling. In this case, a temperature specification of, for example, +15 to +25 degrees Celsius would be adequate.
Packages can be passively cooled based on the product and the packaging. This temperature specification applies only to the flight and the airport warehouse during storage. A temperature-controlled vehicle brings the shipment to the aircraft, but there may be delays on the tarmac, which means it may not be possible to maintain the requested temperature.
